In the episode titled Jimmy Has Changed, Jimmy (Mike O'Malley) learns that he is suffering from male menopause, and has a dream sequence where he sees himself as an old woman. Paul plays his son Logan as an adult with kids of his own in this dream sequence. The clip also features Paul's friend Stephon Fuller as the orderly.
